1st December 2007 - Pain Made Visible – Understanding & Working with Clients who Self-harm - KATE STEELE
Kate Steele is an experienced counsellor, supervisor and trainer. She has worked as a person-centred counsellor for over 20 years. She is currently Head of Training at Network Counselling & Training in Bristol. This workshop is designed to enable you to reach a deeper understanding of self-harm and to explore therapeutic ways of working with the client who is trapped in the cycle of self-harming behaviour.

12th January 2008 - Myers Briggs (A Journey in Self Discovery 1.00p.m - 4.30p.m) - TRICIA JOHNSON
This afternoon is for those who do not already know their Personality Profile. You will need to attend this session before the whole day seminar on the 26 January.

26th January 2008 - Myers Briggs (Exploration and Application) - TRICIA JOHNSON
Tricia Johnson lectures at Redcliffe College & has a private counselling practice. She has worked with the Myers Briggs Personality Type Indicator for over 10 years. She is a trained MBTI administrator, working with both individuals and groups. This workshop will briefly revise the four areas of personality. The rest of the day will explore leadership styles, conflict and stress reactions, through group exercises and discussion. We will be particularly thinking of how the Indicator can be of use in our counselling.

15th March 2008 - Working with Depression: Cognitive Behavioural Techniques - JANET GRAY
Janet Gray is a CBT therapist & is accredited with both BABCP and BACP. She has been involved with counselling since 1991 and now divides her time between teaching and clinical practice. This workshop will aim to outline depression from a CBT perspective and demonstrate how basic CBT skills and techniques can be used to work with clients with depression.

26th April 2008 - Working In The Cycle Of Change - REGINA SQUICCIMARRO WYNN
Regina Squiccimarro Wynn is a BACP accredited CBT therapist, a lecturer in Counselling at Gloucestershire College, and a Supervisor for Listening Post. This workshop will be on the "Cycle of Change", developed to describe the process people go through when they want to change problematic aspects of their own personal lives or lifestyles. It will include addiction.
